Payment-first, 50–50 basis via Ko-fi or Paypal Invoice (USD) only. Cannot be both. First half of payment must be paid upfront for me to start your commission, and the remaining half to receive the high-res images.

No refunds unless I have not started on your commission, or if I cannot finish your piece (% based on unfinished work).

Prices apply per character and may change depending on design complexity, the number of assets, and/or backgrounds (when applicable). Charges will apply to extras.

All commissions will be for PERSONAL USE ONLY and will be watermarked. You may NOT use your commission for any commercial purposes, to produce merchandise, or in any means to gain profit. You may request to change the placement of the watermark in the commission.

I reserve the right to refuse/cancel a commission for any reason at any given time. If I cancel, I will return payment depending on what I left unfinished.

Commissions may take 1–5 weeks to complete (depending on my availability, work queue, and communication with you). Please don't rush me into finishing a commission any earlier than this. I will contact you if it takes longer than usual.

I retain all the rights to the commissioned artwork and may use them however I find suitable (streaming, portfolio, promotions, prints, etc.). Rights to the character in the artwork still belong to the owner.

The commissioner has the right to repost their commissioned piece on other forms of social media/real-life without needing to ask for the artist's permission provided that I am properly credited as the artist. However, the commissioner may not edit, trace, or modify the commission without my permission.

Commissioners are strictly prohibited from using any commissioned artworks from me for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) under any circumstances.

I will charge a 25% privacy fee if you do not want me to post your commission anywhere (if I do not post, the fewer artworks I'll have in my portfolio). But if you noted that you simply wish to postpone my posting of your commission until after a specific date (within reason), I can do so free of charge.

These are digital commissions; no physical items will be shipped.

Base prices apply per character; these may vary on the detail complexity of design, character, and props. I will simplify overcomplicated details if I see fit, but I will first discuss this with you.

**No major changes after the sketch stage ** unless I've overlooked something. It is intensive work and time-consuming to change a finished or nearly finished picture. I need my clients to be sure and clear of what they want! Feel free to let me know if I missed a detail or two.

Please provide photo reference materials: clear, full-colored character references; expression/pose references; simple props; etc. The more detailed information you provide, the better I can illustrate your commission! I do not accept just text references.

At present, all commissions will have free simple color backgrounds. You may request specific simple BG color and shapes e.g. solid background, semi-halo circle, etc.

Headshot default settings: RGB ∙ White background ∙ 300 dpi ∙ 1500x1500 px. Files you will receive will be high-resolution PNG for your personal use (transparent version included) and JPG for web upload.

I may be willing to learn drawing some unique details (e.g. small hair ornaments/accessories) with photo references at hand. I will do my best to deliver, but cannot guarantee my best work. The more complicated something is, the more time I will take to studying AND drawing it. I may either raise the commission cost or refuse the suggestion altogether. Sorry in advance if I cannot fulfill your request. You're free to ask though!

Please be aware that sample art shown are limited examples of my capabilities and my artstyle may slightly change/may differ from them as I progress in my art.
